Electricity Rates

How the embedded network at Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches unlocks bulk-purchasing savings, and what appears on your electricity bill.

LPE Unlocks Energy Savings

At Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches, electricity is delivered through an embedded network. This allows us to unlock up to 20–25% in savings* for your community through bulk purchasing. For FY27 (until June 2027) this is a 22% saving.

We bring energy into the community and distribute it to each home with your own meter, so you only pay for what you use. By managing the network, metering, and billing, we make your energy simpler — while still giving you full visibility and control.

It's a more efficient way to power your home, designed specifically for modern communities like Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches.

Making Your Bill Easy to Understand

You'll receive your first bill around one month after you move in, and then monthly thereafter.

At Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches, your energy agreement allows you to benefit from bulk purchasing and discounts.

Your bill includes the following:

Charge What it covers Rate
Electricity Usage The energy you use in your home 25.9c / kWh (ex-GST)
28.5c / kWh (inc-GST)
Electricity Supply The cost of delivering energy to your home 55.0c / day (ex-GST)
60.5c / day (inc-GST)

Your discounted rates are bundled so you don't need to worry about peak or non-peak tariffs.

For your peace of mind, your electricity rates will remain the same until 31 October 2029 (3 years from the first settlements), at which point LPE is committed to ensuring your rates are at least 10% lower than the QCA for the year*.

* Annual consumption comparison based on the Queensland Competition Authority reference price for residential customers in the Ergon distribution area in regional Queensland in FY27. Based on 4,116 kWh annual usage. Actual savings will vary depending on your usage and tariff structure. The QCA is a benchmark price and may not be the lowest available offer.
